"Tom came into our home hunting on the later side. We had been working with a seller's realtor during most of the house hunting and picked Tom as our realtor once we had a home picked already. I thought it was mostly a formality; we just needed someone to do the offer/negotiating stuff for us. No big deal. I couldn't have been more wrong. Tom was extremely active and very responsive. I joked with him that if his phone rang more than once, I knew he wasn't going to pick up it up (even if he didn't, which was rare, he called back as soon as he could). Tom does a lot of work in the Stratford market and has a connection for everything, which is extremely valuable for a first time homebuyer who didn't really know much about the process when it began. Tom also fought hard for what we wanted.
